Return & Exchange Policy
Return for Missing and Damaged Products
At Boss Naari, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully inspected and packaged to meet our quality standards. However, we understand that occasionally items may arrive missing or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during transit. To address these situations, we have developed the following return policy:
Damaged Products:
If you receive your order and discover that an item is damaged, please follow these steps:

Document Damage: Take uncut videos clearly showing the damage to the item and its packaging. Without proper video return or exchange will not be processed.

Contact Us: Notify our customer service team at support@bossnaari.com immediately (within 48 Hours) about the damaged item. Please include your order number and provide details of the damage.

Return Instructions: Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we may request that you return the damaged item to us. We will provide you with return instructions and may offer a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Resolution Options: Once we receive the damaged item and assess the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement: We will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not available or desired, we will issue a refund for the damaged item to your original form of payment.

All notifications of missing or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please retain all original packaging materials and documentation for damaged items, as they may be required for the return process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for missing or damaged items if not reported within the specified timeframe or if the item shows signs of misuse or mishandling.

Return In case of you changed your mind
Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of fashion jewellery but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

You will be provided with proper instructions on packaging and labelling of the product, and you will be responsible for sending the product back to us. You will be requested to share tracking details of the product.

For COD orders, additional INR 150 will be deducted as cash handing charges.

Once package is received at our store, refund will be processed within 24 hours.
